Provides more than $10,000 to Support the Event

The Society of Aviation and Flight Educators (SAFE) recently began seeking sponsorship for its upcoming Pilot Training Reform Symposium. Lightspeed Aviation of Lake Oswego, Oregon not only was the first to answer the call, but was also the first to become a Diamond Level sponsor, pledging more than $10,000 to help offset the operating costs associated with the symposium.

Manufacturers of premium ANR headsets since 1996, Lightspeed Aviation is one of general aviation’s key stakeholders. Lightspeed president Allan Schrader commented, “We are excited to be among the sponsors of this important symposium. The success of our industry hinges on a collaborative effort from all of us who work in and love aviation.”

The Pilot Training Reform Symposium will convene at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, GA on May 4-5, 2011. The invitation-only event is expected to draw up to 300 top aviation professionals who will work together to secure a healthy future for general aviation.
